Owner/Certified Laser Specialist

Debbie Grillo is the owner of Laser Remedy Skin Solutions, a leading laser medical spa dedicated to results-driven, ethical and patient-centered care. She went to CU Boulder and UCLA graduate school. She has over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Her background combines hands-on clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the business of medicine, shaped in part by building the practice alongside her husband Mark, who came from a sophisticated medical surgical background. Together they merged clinical precision with strategic insight to grow a trusted, long-standing brand in the Denver market. 

Throughout her career, she remains committed to the most advanced laser technologies, constantly bringing in the newest, most innovative lasers. She believes in evidence based treatments, and ongoing education to ensure the highest standards of safety and outcomes for clients. Longevity in a competitive market has been driven by her reputation for integrity, personalized care and long term relationships. 

Outside of work, Debbie is a proud parent to four adult children and one huge lap dog. She plays competitive tennis, loves to ski, travel and cook. She instilled in her family a strong appreciation for discipline, balance and perseverance - values that also guide how she leads her business and cares for her employees and clients. 

LPN/Certified Laser Specialist 

Leann’s passion for helping others led her to esthetics in 2018, and she became a licensed practical nurse in 2022. She believes that everyone deserves to feel like the best version of themselves and loves helping clients achieve their goals. Leann cultivates strong, positive relationships with her clients as the first step in creating personalized treatment plans, and she finds it incredibly rewarding to see progress toward their goals. Whether it’s improving skin, hair reduction, or tattoo removal, Leann is confident in developing a plan that delivers the results clients desire.

Office Manager

Chloe serves as the Office Manager at Laser Remedy. She brings a diverse background in healthcare-related fields and is passionate about nurturing an exceptional patient experience, which she believes is key to setting the practice apart from other clinics. With experience in both front-end and back-end healthcare operations, Chloe is dedicated to supporting patients at every stage of their journey.

She truly loves her role and the family atmosphere at Laser Remedy, and she looks forward to helping even more clients feel confident and supported throughout their glow journeys. Outside of Laser Remedy, Chloe enjoys spending time in nature, with her family and friends, and with her dog, Halo.

Office Coordinator

Shelby serves as the Administrative Support at Laser Remedy. Before joining the team, she was a devoted client and loved not only her treatments but also the experience of spending time with the team of strong, beautiful women, inside and out. Shelby finds the most rewarding part of her role is interacting with clients and witnessing their skin transformations.
She is married with three grown children and two doodles. In her free time, Shelby enjoys cooking, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Social Media Manager

Talia is the Social Media Manager at Laser Remedy. She works behind the camera and captions, bringing the practice’s services, team, and values to life through thoughtful and engaging content. This role is especially meaningful to her, as Laser Remedy is rooted in confidence, care, and helping people feel good, not just look good. Talia loves sharing the heart of the brand and highlighting the people behind the Denver med spa.
